Comments:
Ran 5 miles after school with Payton. Joined for part of his workout. Did 1.5 miles warm, up stretch and strides then 400-200-400-200-200-400-200-200, easy cool down. I ran the 400's in 77-76-75 and the 200's in about 35. Felt good. Short workout.
