Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran to AU with the team, did drills, and then split off with Jack and Aaron to run down BK (which was also with a good amount of the boys team), along MacArthur, and then up Loughboro. Aaron split off before that, but we met back up with him at AU on the way back for six striders. Then we ran back. Can't say I felt fresh, but I didn't feel bad at all.
Went to the weight room beforehand, and did two sets of B day. It was nice to change it up and do it first, and we did planks/pll at the start of practice. I'll start getting into three sets of everything in the coming weeks. Striders were meh.
