St. Paddy’s 5k...
So coming off another killer half, I really don’t think we can expect a PR, but I do think a solid 3 mike effort would be enough.
I think you can certainly run in the low 9’s if you were 100% fresh and had a bit more speed workouts in for February, but I think going out in about 9:30 pace would be smart and see how that feels.
Again, you just PRed on Avery hard course for 13.1 miles so take this race and Excalibur to have some fun!!
