Well, this workout was bad. I would like to call it Donkey Dick because it was so bad. I did it outside with Red Cap at MSU's track. I had high hopes for it. It was just 5x1200 w/600m jog which really isn't a bad workout. Splits:

I then dropped because I am not getting anything going that slow. The track was slippery in some areas which definitely affected things, and it was windy. I should've worn spikes but I bet I still would've been slow. Just a trash workout. Red Cap was even slower than me. Ugh running.
So we did some more easier mileage and talked about our spring breaks. Now I know that Red Cap likes to lie and exaggerate things but he told me about how he was at a strip club in LA and saw his uncle do a line of cocaine on a stripper's ass, how he himself had a legit conversation with one of the strippers who claimed she graduated from Stanford, how he met his cousin and her boyfriend who is some 7'2" dude on the Lakers, how he got invited to a party by his cousin (which he declined) in which his cousin was chilling with Kanye West, and how he was able to order drinks at all these bars without ever getting carded. I don't know how much of this to believe but hey, that's just Tales of Red Cap Jack.
