Too many carbohydrates

Comments:
Hill workout on a new, and very nice, hill circuit behind Western Market in MD. Warmed up at the little grass triangle park at Ellicott and Western, very cool. Started on the Flint Hill, and made a couple of turns, alternating a straight and a hill. Made it better to be able to purely focus on the hill/straight at hand.

Did the full hill six times. Felt not so great, and the consistency was not my best. Good teamwork with Jack though--we were together for the entirety of the workout. He would break away from me on the straights and I would gain on him on the hills. I like chasing him it's much more fun than being chased.

Anyways, I felt good about the effort and look forward to revisiting the Flint Hill. Shins were a bit worse today. All pavement. :((((
