Looking for 5 mile uptempo run on Monday or tues. This week.
You know this is not all out but is certainly a bit faster than easy pace. See if you can get a good clip going. I know you’ve had some time off so ease into it and don’t worry about pushing if feeling rough!
No need for warm up or Cooldown bc again, it's not a true tempo effort
