Felt soooooo good to be back on the track with my teammates! I've been taking a Wednesday morning class this semester and have been leaving too much reading for Tuesday night, but this week I decided that the workout had to take precedence. I also at a burrito about 90 minutes beforehand which was not the wisest decision but turned out okay. It helped that everyone else in the club had run a half-marathon this past weekend and were a bit weary from it. Otherwise, I might well have been left in the dust, having not done anything hard in weeks. As it was, I first or second every time.

800s: 2:53, 2:50, 2:51, 2:49, 2:48, 2:47 (recoveries of 200m)
400s: 78, 76, 75, 74, 72, 70 (recoveres of 60sec)
