Comments:
My favorite place to do an out-and-back. 20 out, 16 back, then a 4-minute cooldown. The way out was a bit too slow, the way back perhaps a bit too fast. Either way, felt good. Once again, breathing is great, legs (especially left) a little heavy. Also think it's time for new shoes.
