Today's workout was 6x200 at mile pace and 2x1600 at threshold. I can't make it to workouts on Wednesdays at all anymore with the time change, so I did the workout on my own before my 3pm class. I made the mistake of wearing tights, because it was actually pretty warm up. I ended up rocking the Matt Centrowitz hardest look in track and field skkkkrrrrr.
My legs still felt pretty heavy, but the workout went pretty well. I accidentally took the thresholds too hard, because I'm horrible with pacing. I kept going out in 1:15 for the first 400m each time lmao. But whatever, still a good, easy workout. My left knee was also bugging me a bit, but it's all apart of the grind.
Flashback to last night, I ran into Red Cap Jack in Wilson Late Night Date Night. He had kind of a solemn look on his face, so I asked what was up. He said he had just gotten back from the All Time Low concert and wanted scrape his ears of with a fork lmao. I mean I've never really liked or disliked All Time Low, they just kind of exist, but man I've never seen anyone just straight hate All Time Low like Red Cap Jack. What a dude.
