Wow I haven't logged in ages.
We're up in Scotland, and just arrived at the Orkney Islands today! All this car riding and plane travel has left me incredibly stiff. I managed to find a track, and hopped on it for a short jog and a bunch of striders. Keeping in mind that it's the first time I've been able to run since leaving, I felt terrible. My quads didn't feel like they we're activating at all and my hips felt like they we're flopping around. Not concerned though; I think I just needed to shake off all the tiredness. Planning on doing a steady around town tomorrow if it's not bucketing rain!
