I was hungry AF and kinda sleepy today but instead of going the extreme soft route home I instead went to IM West to get some swimming in. My arms were supa sore so I couldn't do much but I still got some quality in:

300 warmup
2x(200 strong, 150 easy. each on the 2:50) - 2:31, 2:29
2x(100 strong, 75 easy. each on the 1:25) - 1:11, 1:10
2x(50 sprint, 25 easy. Each on the :45) - :31, :30
300 cooldown
