Loch'ed and Loaded

Comments:
After breakfast I decided to hop out for a short run. I headed out from the inn and down the path to the main road, which in total was about 1.8 miles of soft hills, but I turned onto a trail well before then. I made myself promise not to stop for photos on the way out, but once I turned around all bets were off. I stopped an embarrassing amount to enjoy the sights and take pictures, but my calves we're still incredibly sore and tired from my last run that it was probably for the best. Oddly, when I finished, my calves felt very swollen and distinctly numb. I will need to keep an eye on them for sure.
