Exercise Type: Swim

Another great swim. Everything felt great and smooth. Did a standard 3x1000 on the 15:00:

This is far and away the best 3x1000 workout I have ever done. No, I wasn't racing or going all out like maybe I would in running. But it says a lot what with how easy it all felt. You could probably compare this workout to doing tempos or something in running.
So the main thing that I thought about while in the water was the old notion from my HS xc/track team that "girls make you slow". And back then, there was actually a lot of evidence to support that claim. But maybe things change in college, because now I am seeing a lot of evidence refuting that claim. Could it be that girls can actually make you fast? Let's continue to see how this plays out and see if we can come to a definite conclusion later. I refuse to believe there are any confounding variables in this study.
