Weather: 30s and then treadmill because im soft

Well, I ended up doing "a workout", but not the planned workout. My workout was basically a 20 minute tempo, 1 minuteish rest, and 11 minute threshold??? Yeah, there wasn't supposed to be any rest, but Shaw's treadmills fucking suck. Still better than embracing the elements though.
I went into this workout feeling absolutely horrible. I was exhausted from a LARGE combination of things. My head hurt and my eyes were droopy, but I was determined to push through the workout. After taking a solid minute to increase the pace on Shaw's shitty treadmill (shoutout to some random dude for letting me in), I went the first 20 minutes. Then the treadmill stopped after 20 minutes and I had to restart the process. I really didn't want to do the last 20 minutes, I almost quit after a minute. But what did I do? I increased my music volume, increased the pace, put my head down, and ran (after also fumbling with the pace for another 40 seconds lol).
So successful workout! Did i almost vomit from pure exhaustion on the cool down? Maybe. But did I? Nah fam, kept it in (though I did puke Sunday morning after drinking excessively with Ryan Hunt, right before going out with Liz and her family RIP). So yeah pretty tired. I also wanted to thank everyone for having my back. A lot of unnecessary BS went down, but all should be good now. Now I'm gonna pass out and sleep for 10 hours.
