Yoga Day

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Everyone had an option to either run 30 minutes or do 30 minutes of yoga. That is, everyone except for me, because I somehow got roped into leading the yoga session. It went well even though I was very unprepared. Oddly enough, that wasn't the first time I led a yoga session on the spot.
We lifted after.
