Comments:
Just me and Ingrid running together for this workout. The system we had set up with Grace and Adelaide broke and we ended up doing math during the first rep.
I thought the workout was fairly easy. It was 4x1200 starting at 5:40 and then dropping 2-4 seconds every rep.
