west side down to 40th st

definitely felt stronger aerobically than i was about a week ago, but i just feel stiff and slow; no pop in my step; no desire to get into gear and pick up the pace. still, i can tell i am moving in the right direction and i and still planning on racing in 36 days! that is pleeeenty of time for me to get into 17:30ish 5k pace.
