Weather: sunny, super humid
Comments:
the grateful dead is not the best music to have stuck in your head while trying to run faster than normal pace. did a 6x3min fartlek, went a lot worse than the last one i did, i seem to be in really good shape through two miles, but beyond that, i suck bad. at the end i was feeling pretty bad, so i just did what i could to finish it up, then rested in the shade for a bit, then jogged up to wade park to get some water (which i drank way too much of, but it tasted delicious). The whole cooldown felt like i was wearing sponges for shoes, i could actually feel a pool of sweat under my arches. Yummy.
cedar, mlk, out to the lake (it actually doesn't smell too bad just yet), back up east blvd to wade park, east to euclid, adelbert, cedar. (cooldown was probably around 30min miles, felt like doodies)
lifted and ups after.
