Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Don't have time to log fully now because I have ap spanish tomorrow but feel good about my races.
800: Most of it was good but oof I had absolutely zero kick and 2 girls passed me in the last 50 meters but whatever. I definitely felt my legs aching from Draper because I kept trying to drive my knees up in the last 100 but they just couldn't come.
400: It was over before I could really feel it which I guess is not the right way to run it? I didn't hand off in last which was my goal and Jmaz had me at 73.7 which I think ties my PR because I either ran a 73 or 74 here last year (I don't remember). Feel a little bad for "making" 3 other people run in the 4x4 because I wanted to run a 4 this season but ....
I might want to time trial a 1600 sometime next week.
