Change of pace run

Comments:
This can be done Friday or Saturday as there is no true long run this weekend coming of cruise week..


You can do it whatever day suits best, but here is what I’m looking for:

Run 1 mile easy
Run 2 miles moderately fast
Run 1 mile easy
Run 2 miles moderately fast


So paces will depend on many things.. weather , wind , hills etc.

But the idea is to push the miles that say “fast” so that you are working pretty hard. Not all out like true tempo work but I am looking for the easy miles to be pretty easy to allow you to do that.
For example if you run the faster miles in the mid 10’s, the easy miles can be 12 min. Pace if need be!!;)
