Comments:
Ran with Helfrich, Tom, Peter Brown, and Jared Mills. Started out slow, moved faster towards the end. Did a mini hill workout at the end. Basically it was 200m stride on flat ground, jog back, 300m up hill, 300 jog down. Did 2 of them and felt decent.
