Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Time trial today- very exhausted and so thankful to everyone who paced me. I really felt like I pushed myself as much as I could today (with one lap to go I really didn't think I could run another step) and left it all on the TRACK (sorry I just didn't hear that cheer).
Splits were:
86 - i didn't really feel the fast pace so it was just adrenaline
94 - towards the end of this lap I could definitely feel the fast first lap catching up to me, and my breathing became very labored
97 - This was such a tough lap but the pacing was so nice and I just told myself it was the last lap to get through it, and really tried to focus on my arms
96 - I was dying. All adrenaline, and I felt like I had literally no kick in me (probably from the first lap)
*I either don't remember these splits or I can't do math because these add up to a 6:13*

Overall very satisfied and enjoyed watching all the other time trials! Very proud today and excited for the next week <3
