Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Wisconsin then Western with girls team and then just with Abby and Ana. Felt really terrible because of the heat, but during the middle portion I actually felt quite good, but then at 30 minutes and later the heat just hit me. We weren't going fast but I felt bad cardio-wise, which was weird because I feel like I'm in very good shape.
I didn't stretch yesterday so I made sure to get in good stretching today.
