Ahhh... Got up and out on time. It was foggy this morning, on some of the Pittsfield PA shit today. Real enjoyable. Headed up the bike path first, looped along the edge of campus in front of Haigis Mall, then came back through town. Felt comfortable, stomach a little bit emptied but I rolled with it. Tried to push myself I havnt had a good run in a few days, needed this.

Essentials: Stretch

Solid stretch even though I was pretty sweaty overall. Not sore from softball practice anymore and ankle felt fine today. It was a minor tweak so good news there.
