*so some of it i wanted to die...the rest was ok...time to shoot for an every other day/every day sometimes run schedule and hopefully that'll put pep in my step. no walk breaks except for pauses at intersections

Not sure how you are feeling, but if a little better, let’s shoot for 1 mike easy and then a 4 mile uptempo run.

So definitely not tempo pace but just a tad harder than easy effort. I think anything in the 20’s would be great considering what you are coming off of!
