Hurt

Comments:
Ran over to AU with distance girls and then had a simulated 2 mile workout with target paces of 44 on/54 off? That would have me running only a little slower than 6:30 pace?? Seemed crazy, and I don't think I hit that target time once during the workout. The first three laps felt really hard, but I felt good both breathing and in my legs. But on the fourth lap I got hit with this cramp(???) that was much higher than a normal cramp and made it really hard to breathe, but I thought it was just normal fatigue/pain so I tried to push through on the fourth lap but coming in I felt like I coudn't breathe at all so I was told to cut short and do only one more but then it felt slightly better so I did another one after that? That last lap felt terrible, harder than the last 100 of my time trial and it wasn't the "good" pain from pushing myself.
At the end I still felt the cramp but also felt bad for not "pushing through" it but I realized it was the right decision health-wise because I don't want to jeopardize my lung/breathing?
This was not a good workout, but hopefully it feels better. Am icing it tonight. Unsure of the 6 lap split but I think it was close to, but under 11.
