Comments:
8x300 workout with Jack, Greene, and Siff, joined by J Mas on some. Felt really good throughout. Target pace was 57, which I thought was a little on the slower side, but it was a workout for control. I should have listened better and made more of a concerted effort to hit that pace. I only hit it twice, although I did run very comfortably throughout the workout. On the last one, we gradually sped up every 100, and I really felt great on the final stretch. I think I negative split all of them except the first one since I went through about 150 in around 29-30 secs each time.
