Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Nice run down MacAruthur and dangerously up the divider of Dalecarlia. Ran back on Mass. Left knee is feeling worse, and my right ankle flared up near the end. It feels tight which is really weird. Will keep icing. I've been doing ankle strength every night lately for injury prevention and maybe that's why. I'll take a break from it tonight. Otherwise, I really enjoyed the run!
