Comments:
*not optimal but trying to get all important workouts in before monsoon weekend. Trying for long run tomorrow then as late not as no lightning, a soggy 4 on the weekend

Warm up 1.5 miles easy
Run 2 miles at tempo pace (comfortable hard)
I think anything in low 10’s would be good. Sub 10 if feeling great.

Finish 1.5 miles easy
