Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ok we are certainly getting to the point of taming things down.
I think most of the hay is in the barn as far as long runs are concerned but with 3 weeks out its still important to get a good training run in.
This might be a good weekend to go to a different route if have the time.
Maybe plan on hitting up the trail at land bridge.
I think a 3 hour run where you aren’t even worrying about distance woukd be great.
I figure you could run an hour out and back one way.
And then run 30 min out and back the other way if you plant fuel and water.
I suggest a good 5 to 10 min break every half hour for this one.
But it may depend on where the stops are
