6 miles, hammered the hills really hard but ran the downhills and flats easy. There are 6 pretty good sized hills in this run so it worked out well. Mile 2 has two big ones, the 3rd mile has a monster right at the beginning, then it's down of flat for about a mile before the last 3, which are not as steep but pretty long - so those are almost like little intervals. Felt good to open up a little bit on those.

It's getting dark super early and was really dark toward the end of the run, especially the part where I was on the trail in Deepdene Park. Might have to talk to my boss about working earlier in the day on hard run days I think she'll be OK with it.
