Don’t really want to focus on miealge.

An hour progression run would be great today or tomorrow as follows :

1 hour time based long effort

Run for 1 hour Starting at regular pace effort but you are trying to speed up every 20 min.
We've done this before, and still would love for you to NOT look at pace on the watch until it is over. You can hit split every 20 min. If you want, but I want you to go more by feel than anything!

So effort wise, you are running the first 20 min. at maybe 80% effort and then the next 20 at 85 to 90% and the last 20 at 90 to 95% effort.
So you are working pretty hard by the end
