Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
first run back... felt iffy... not sure how to describe it... the achilles still feels really, really tight from the injections, but I think I have to get moving if I want it to loosen up... the only thing I'm worried about is that my injury usually didn't present with any pain until 2 miles into a run, so if I'm only starting with 1 mile, what do I do? I could still have the same problem, but not realize it... I'll guess I'll just have to wait and see what happens... by the way, legs were all over the place tonight... I felt like I've never run a day in my entire life... so awkward and wobbly and crossing over... yuck... I really hope this goes away soon
