Enjoyed this easy route so much two days ago that I wanted to hit it again. Felt a lot better today - body felt more in rhythm and I got some good time of solitude before 7am. Taking it day by day but enjoying (consistently) running on the trails again. Not wearing a watch (it broke!) so that definitely adds to the “just enjoy it” factor.
