mile time trial

Exercise Type: Run

mile time trial on the indoor track, with coach running some of the laps with me. 5:39 was wayy better than i (or coach) expected and i felt super comfortable until the last 300 so i'm pretty happy. definite confidence booster. i think for this point in my training this is a pretty solid time. of course i plan on getting a lot faster :)

abs after: 400x abs/back, plus 50 leg raises, 100 buns of steel things per leg, and the hip stabilizers (25s, 25r, 25s, 25l, 25)
