Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
I was aiming to do 20-25 minutes, but got a little carried away. Van Ness to Nebraska to Ward to Mass to Wisconsin. Felt good breathing wise, but calves were awful. I stopped so many times to stretch and nothing helped. I felt righteous though when I finished, and nice to know I can run a 5k fairly comfortably after 2 weeks of training, albeit very slowly.
