Comments:
decent workout along nebraska. it wasn't too hot or humid and I felt pretty good and managed to go by feel and ignore my watch. mainly ended up doing the tempo at 7:15ish + one slower one uphill. tried to focus on form as well.
I keep getting so many blisters during workouts and it's really frustrating.
