Comments:
expected to feel terrible after a long day outside walking with no water or salt in the heat, but a couple hours lying down and a liter of water helped a lot. did some strides (uphill and flat) and a steady run. strides definitely did not do good things for my shins, which had otherwise been nearly pain-free, so I won't be doing that again for a while unless it's on grass.
accidentally messed up my watch so I'm approximating a bit. mileage this week has gone surprisingly smoothly. I'm not finding it hard to get to 40 at all (not that its done yet), which is nice because it definitely used to be a challenge.
