Comments:
Swam with a drag suit tonight. Thinking I am going to go back to using one occasionally for some of that dank resistance training. Among other yards, I did 10x50 on the 1:00 where I went easy on the odds and fast on the evens. Hit :32,:31,:31,:31,:30 on the fast ones which I am very happy with. Glad to see that I haven't really lost my speed.
