I was supposed to do 200's on the track but I didn't get ready to run until 6:00 pm and didn't feel like running on a track in the dark by myself. That may make me a gutless woman, but I redeemed myself by beating the shit out of the treadmill. 2 miles up, 10x(2 min easy, 2 min hard), 1 mile down. Paces for the hard parts (Used this site for incline conversions: http://www.hillrunner.com/training/tmillchart.php):
5:37(10.8 mph, 1% grade), 5:31 (11/1), 5:25(11.2/1), 5:20(11.4/1), 5:14(11.6/1), 5:09(11.8/1), 5:04(12.0/1), 4:56(12/2), 4:49(12/3), 4:42(12/4).
Treadmill couldn't go faster than 12mph so I had to increase the incline to make the effort harder. I felt absolutely invincible, with the minor distraction of my stomach. My legs aren't even tired now...
