BWC start to 2 miles and back

Weather: Sunny and cool

Comments:
Sick of the treadmill although it has eased the knee a bit. Tried to run this at a pretty good pace and kept it at under 8:00 miles throughout. Knee didn't hurt, but that usually starts around mile 8 or so. 12 miles on the weekend schedule...a very long distance for a treadmill, but maybe that is best. Will see.
