Comments:
I felt really good on this run. My first 3 miles were all sub 8min, and I came through the first 5k in 23:26. During the 4th mile, my breathing started to get pretty heavy so I slowed down to an 8:36 pace for the 4th and 5th mile. I felt really good so I pushed the last mile to a 7:42.
