Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
20 miles at the Rail Trail in St. Albans. Ran the first 5.5 miles with Autumn. Pace was about 6:30ish. Picked it up after she turned around. Got to the 11.5 mile mark and sent it back. Did 3x(mile on, mile off). Was going to do more but hit a wall at 17 miles. I believe it was fueling and not fitness. I had an energy gel but no water :( Still got 20 in on the day
