Long run to start off the week

July 30, 2018 (Morning)

Exercise Type: Run

Ran down Sangamore to the CCT and got almost all the way to Georgetown. Thought I was gonna get super bored so I made a competition between bikers and fellow runners to see which would have more. Bikers sadly won 109-10 (including me). Left leg feeling a lot better, will ice and rooll tonight. Pace was fast, but I was on the CCT for most of the run so it didn't feel that fast, plus I was alone so I wasn't talking. The pouring rain for the first half of the run was awesome :)
