Lately, I have felt like I have lost a step with my swim. I haven't had any super good workouts in a while and I was beginning to think that biking had maybe taken over swimming as my second best discipline. However, tonight's swim confirmed that I am still a much better swimmer than a biker. This was just the swim I needed to get myself back on track and feeling confident for my title shot.

I took the day off from running and biking to let my legs rest bc I could feel they needed it. 105.5 miles of running at an avg. of 6:34/mile plus 203 miles of biking over the last 2 weeks warrants that.

Oddly enough, all the lanes were taken tonight again so I hung out in the hot tub for a bit until one opened up. I was planning on doing some 500's but I saw someone wrote a speed workout on the whiteboard so I did that instead with some modifications:
