Comments:
Ran up to Westmoreland Circle, which is exactly one mile from my house. I felt good, and my first mile was 7:08. I ran down to Abingdon Rd and did that big hill 3 times and then ran home. I didn't stop my watch the whole run. I felt pretty horrible on my way home, but it was good to get my legs burning.
