Comments:
Woke up and it was supposed to thunderstorm, so we quickly went out and went for a family power walk on this really pretty road for over an hour and then I ran for 30 minutes. Felt quite weak by the end because I just ate a little cereal before and didn't hydrate enough because I'd just woken up, but it was nice to have my workout done earlyish. No clue about distances.
