Comments:
Workout was mile on, mile off, 2 miles on, mile off, 3 miles on, mile off, 2 miles on, cool down. Stopped a few times. The last two intervals I kept at 5:55-6 flat pace. Definitely feeling tired, especially with the humidity. Not my sharpest run but definitely going in the right direction.
