Took Friday off to let my shin/ankle recover a bit and ran with Rhianna today. We made it 2.5 miles before something weird happened in my foot/ankle (posterior tibial tendon, as it turns out) and I had to walk the rest of the way back. However, it felt good again pretty quickly and I managed to walk around without pain in he afternoon
