Exercise Type: Run

Jack came over to run the Soulcrushing loop up Mass to Nebraska/Loughboro, CCT and then MacArthur. I was so dehydrated and had a ton of trouble breathing. We went out a bit fast, but I think it didn't really matter because I was so out of it. We even had to stop at AU which was very nice of the Manager. This past week has been really tough. On the bright side, I put heat on my knee before the run and that was the one thing that didn't hurt.
